What we ask

  • A family farm or ranch

    First generation or fifth. You raise the animals and you care for the land so it lasts.

  • Animals come first

    Every producer signs a seller agreement on animal husbandry and follows Beef Quality Assurance or the equivalent.

  • USDA inspected

    Processing in inspected facilities, so your customers can be anywhere in the lower 48.

  • We taste it first

    We try new producers' products before they go live. If we would not serve it at home, it does not go on the site.
